The menu just got bigger at a new food-and-drink hub coming to downtown Boise’s BoDo district next year.

The Warehouse Food Hall, 370 S. 8th St., just revealed two more vendors: Waffle Love and Wok n’ Roll. Waffle Love is a waffles and chicken restaurant at 4698 N. Linder Road in Meridian. Wok n’ Roll is a Boise food truck that serves modern Asian cuisine.

A total of 13 to 15 tenants are expected at the large dining destination, which will include food, beverage, and specialty retail and service spaces. Owned by Wisconsin-based Geronimo Hospitality Group, The Warehouse “will serve as an extension to the already thriving 8th Street dining district,” according to an August press release, which called the concept “Boise’s first food hall.” Located on the first floor of the 29,000-square-foot Warehouse building, it’s on track to open in spring 2022.

Waffle Love and Wok n’ Roll will join seven previously announced vendors: Paddles Up Poke, Rush Bowls, The Loading Dock, Caffe D’arte, Freshie’s Lobster Co., CAMP Cocktail Bar and Totally Toasted.

The Warehouse’s goal is to assemble “a full spectrum of food, beverage and retail options,” according to a press release.

“We’re really at an exciting time with this project right now,” said Jeff Whiteman, Geronimo’s chief operating officer. “We’re making significant progress inside and outside the building, and we’re thrilled with the variety and originality we’re developing for the downtown food and beverage scene.”
