990 yards total offense, 344-yard rusher and 41 fourth-quarter points — all in one game
Jerome Miller brought down a 22-yard touchdown pass from Danny Rogers with 28 seconds remaining to give Kuna the go-ahead score and 38-35 victory at Nampa.
Kuna led 25-7 after three quarters, but Nampa scored 28 fourth-quarter points to take a 35-32 lead with 1:12 left.
“Nampa played really well. They got after us a little bit, and we kind of tucked and ran for a while,” Kuna coach Sherm Blaser said. “But we got it figured out at the end. Kudos to them for playing well, but great job to my guys for fighting it out.”
Caden Cobb ran for 344 yards and four Kuna TDs on 18 carries as the two teams rolled up 990 yards of total offense.
Borah 49, Boise 0
Jake Standlee stole the show in this one-sided affair between rivals from Idaho’s capital city with an aerial-assault of 328 yards on 16-of-23 passing and four touchdowns.
Innocent Ndayiragije exploded for 114 yards and one touchdown on 13 carries, while Ellis Manguson, Austin Bolt and Chase Nett each went over 94 receiving yards and hauled in touchdowns.
The Borah defense forced eight turnovers.
Eagle 42, Meridian 20
Eagle led by a touchdown at halftime, but the Mustangs added three more scores in the second half to pull away in the 5A SIC contest. No further information was available at press time.
Centennial 28, Columbia 16
Centennial rallied from a two-point deficit after three quarters to steal the 5A SIC win at Columbia. The Wildcats led 8-6 entering the final quarter, but Centennial quarterback Dayne Koch had his hand in three late scores to secure the win. No further information was available at press time.
Ridgevue 27, Caldwell 14
Michael Sondermann rushed for two touchdowns in the third quarter to break open a tie game and lead the Warhawks to a road win.
Sondermann scored from 2 and 43 yards — part of his 124-yard night.
Colton Crawford added a touchdown run and a touchdown pass. Quarterback Chase Burfeind contributed 100 yards passing and rushing, including a TD run, for Caldwell.
Skyview 40, Vallivue 28
Vallivue led after the first quarter in this battle of 4A top-5 teams. But No. 1 Skyview responded with 33 unanswered points behind 171 rushing yards and two touchdowns from Tyler Crowe, and 143 yards receiving and a score from DeMonte Horton.
Corey Wockenfuss and Jeron Holbrook each recovered fumbles, and Caden Jantz forced another. Crowe paced Skyview with 10 tackles while Jantz, Holbrook and Tony Earll combined for four sacks.
Nick Fox (97 yards rushing, 2 TDs, 143 receiving yards on five grabs, interception on defense) and Gabe Childs (13 total tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 fumble recovery, five punts for 158 yards) had standout performances for Vallivue.
Middleton 27, Emmett 20
Middleton rallied from a 20-0 deficit, scoring 27 straight points for a big 4A SIC victory.
Middleton quarterback Darin Post threw three touchdown passes in the third quarter to lead the comeback, then added the game-winning score on a 1-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.
Michael Walker rushed for 148 yards on 29 carries for Emmett, and Jake Whittimore added 144 yards on 23 carries.
Bishop Kelly 48, Mountain Home 0
Bishop Kelly remained unbeaten with a dominant win over Mountain Home in 4A SIC play. No further information was available at press time.

Baker scored a touchdown and two-point conversion late in the third quarter to overtake the Wolverines, whose only score came early in the second quarter. Baker outgained Weiser 181-165. Braden Bumgarner led Weiser with 66 rushing yards and a touchdown on 21 carries.
Fruitland 73, Wood River 10
The Grizzlies generated 614 yards of offense, including 23 first downs in the first half alone, on their way to the lopsided victory.

Ryan Hibbs completed 19 of 32 passes for 237 yards and three touchdowns to lead Capital to a victory.
Hibbs threw TDs to three different receivers. Carter Johnson caught one of those TD pass and added a score on the ground. Sam Sessou-Djokoto added 94 rushing yards and a TD for Capital (2-1).
Ed Osterberger led Timberline (2-2) with 106 yards on 16 carries, and Tanner Tracy returned an interception 67 yards for a TD.
