Caldwell pilot survives crash in Payette
Pilot James Halcomb crashed his airplane Tuesday morning at the Payette Airport, escaping without injury, according to Payette Police.
The crash occurred around 9:15 a.m. when Halcomb, of Caldwell, was attempting to land the plane. The plane flipped over in the crash, landing upside-down.
The Federal Aviation Administration will be investigating the incident.
