Best of Treasure Valley



You may be wondering how the Best of Treasure Valley was decided. Readers submitted their choices in up to 65 categories we set forth on a ballot that ran from July 2 to July 27 in the Idaho Statesman and online at IdahoStatesman.com. Readers didn't have to fill out all 65 categories for their ballots to be eligible.

The top vote getters in each category were awarded the "Best of Treasure Valley" title. The top finalists in each category were awarded Honorable Mentions.

We also chose some local celebrities and Idaho Statesman columnists to offer up their picks throughout the section.
