FOOTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Noah Burnham, Eagle: Ran for 234 yards and three touchdowns on 35 carries in a 28-14 win at Coeur d’Alene in the 6A state semifinals.

Taeshaun Reese, Rocky Mountain: Turned six offensive touches into 102 total yards and two touchdowns in a 21-18 loss to Rigby in the 6A state semifinals.

Luke Henry, Homedale: Returned a punt for a touchdown, threw for another score and finished with 169 all-purpose yards on 10 touches in a 27-7 win over Weiser in the 4A state semifinals.

Jace Waggoner, Tri-Valley: Ran for 157 yards and two TDs, and added 48 passing yards and two more scores in a 71-40 loss to Dietrich in the 1A state semifinals.
