You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. This is not meant to be scientific.

Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

FOOTBALL

Rylie Byington, Meridian: Ran for 78 yards and two TDs, and caught two passes for 20 yards in a 28-21 loss to Rigby in the 5A state championship.

Peter Minnaert, Bishop Kelly: Ran for 175 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries in a 50-35 loss to Skyline in the 4A state championship.

Jaxon Dines, Homedale: Went 9-for-16 for 142 yards and two TDs in a 20-15 loss to Sugar-Salem in the 3A state championship.
