BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Collin Morris, Timberline: Recorded a double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds while sinking 5-of-11 3-pointers to lead the Wolves to a 70-65 win over Meridian. He also had a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds in a 57-52 win at Eagle.
Drake Hope, Meridian: Averaged 27 points, six rebounds, two assists and 2.5 steals to lead the Warriors to a split against Mountain View and Timberline.
Harrison Bell, Boise: Scored 21 points on 9-for-13 shooting, and added eight rebounds and two assists, in a 63-61 victory over Ridgevue.
Xander Wilson, Vallivue: Posted back-to-back double-doubles in victories over Middleton and Caldwell, averaging 15 points, 11.5 rebounds and four assists in the wins.
Nathan Compas, Parma: Topped 1,000 career points while averaging 33 points, six rebounds, six assists and 5.5 steals in wins over New Plymouth and Marsing.
Owen Funke, Weiser: Erupted for 28 points to lead the Wolverines to a 62-44 win at Fruitland.
Owen Hansen, Melba: Stuffed the stat sheet with 17 points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocks in a 62-31 win against Vision Charter.
Caleb West, Centennial Baptist: Drained 7-of-10 3-pointers to rack up 27 points, three assists and six steals in a 57-39 win against Gem State.
Caleb Cudaback, Notus: Averaged 18 points, 7.3 rebounds and three steals as the Pirates went 2-1 last week.
Kingston Pyle, Salmon River: Averaged 12 points, 10.5 rebounds, two assists and 2.3 steals in four games.
