GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sianna Gable, Payette: Dropped a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds in a 56-48 loss to Weiser in 4A SRV play.
Libby Nelson, Boise: Led the Brave to a 2-1 record last week, averaging 14 points, 7.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists while shooting 46.2% from 3-point range.
Aubree McCarthy, Bishop Kelly: Averaged 7.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.0 steals as the Knights went 2-0 in 5A SIC action.
Aarey Harris, Parma: Had a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds in a win over New Plymouth, and then contributed 25 points, nine steals and eight rebounds in a victory over Marsing.
Raelynn Nickel, Vision Charter: Averaged 23 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and 7.5 steals in a pair of wins over North Star Charter and Idaho City.
Tamaya Rogers, Victory Charter: Totaled 23 points, 18 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in a 52-22 win over Centennial Baptist.
Grace Wilson, Columbia: Recorded a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds along with six steals and one assist in a 46-22 win over Caldwell.
Maleah Waldermeyer, Notus: Contributed a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds, plus one steal, in a 36-29 win over Wilder.
Kya Davis, Borah: Led the Lions to a key 6A SIC win over Eagle in overtime with 24 points, six rebounds and two assists.
Quincy Keller, Mountain View: Racked up 20 points, eight rebounds, six steals, five assists and one blocked shot in a 69-22 win over Ridgevue.
