You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. This is not meant to be scientific.

Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Kallyn Rogers, Cascade: Posted career highs of 29 points and 13 rebounds in a 44-23 win at Compass Charter.

Avery Howell, Boise: Racked up 33 points, 16 rebounds, four assists and three steals to lead Boise to a 62-34 win vs. Eagle, its 16th straight victory. She averaged 20.7 points, 11.7 rebounds and three assists in three wins for the week.

Kaya Brown, Idaho City: Averaged 25.5 points while making 11 3-pointers to lead the Wildcats to wins over Riverstone and Wilder. She sank a pair of free throws with 21 seconds left to clinch a 38-36 win vs. Wilder.

A’Mya Gonzalez, Caldwell: Scored 21 points while shooting 5-for-8 behind the 3-point line and 6-for-8 at the free-throw line in a 43-40 win at Emmett.

Brooke Hardy, Fruitland: The freshman poured in 27 points, eight rebounds and four steals in a 49-40 win vs. McCall-Donnelly.

Kimberly Arias, Wilder: Racked up 19.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 6.2 steals and 4.4 blocks per game as the Wildcats went 2-2 for the week. She sank five 3-pointers and scored 26 points in a 38-35 win vs. Victory Charter.

Hope Miller, Greenleaf: Had 21 points, eight rebounds and two assists in a 45-30 victory at Notus.

Ellie Robertson, Columbia: Scored 23 points and added two steals in a 57-29 win over Ridgevue.

Josie Davis, Owyhee: Grabbed nine rebounds and scored seven of her 12 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Storm to a come-from-behind, 47-43 win at Timberline.

Kaidance Kaiser, Parma: Posted a double-double of 18 points and 11 steals in a 61-26 victory over Fruitland.

Kendall Clark, Melba: Racked up 20 points, 10 rebounds, five steals and four assists in a 73-23 rout of Nampa Christian.

Elsie Wyatt, Middleton: Scored 19 points on 7-for-14 shooting, and added six rebounds and two steals in a 64-32 win vs. Borah.
