Three Idaho girls nominated for McDonald’s All-American basketball team

Boise’s Mandy Simpson, Centennial’s Tori Williams and Snake River’s Alyssa Crumley were named Tuesday as nominees to the McDonald’s All-American Game.

The trio are part of 455 girls nominated for the All-American game March 29 in Chicago. The final 24 boys and girls will be revealed at 8:30 p.m. MT Sunday on ESPNU.

Last year, Mountain View’s Destiny Slocum became the first player from Idaho to play in the McDonald’s All-American Game.
