Eagle softball’s Moffat named MaxPreps underclassmen All-American
Incoming senior pitcher/shortstop Autumn Moffat was named to MaxPreps’ Junior All-American team on Wednesday.
The BYU commit posted a 15-0 record with a 0.82 ERA and four no-hitters this spring as Eagle went undefeated to win back-to-back 5A state titles and finished No. 1 in MaxPreps’ final national rankings. She also hit .515 and slugged .856 while blasting five home runs and driving in 36 runs.
This is the second straight year a Mustang has earned a spot on the Junior All-American team. Bradie Fillmore was the national junior player of the year last season.
