GIRLS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK
Brooklyn Johnson, Eagle: Earned three first-round pins for the 120-pound championship at the Ridgevue Warhawks Girls Wrestling Tournament.
Brooke Smart, Centennial: Pinned all three of her opponents on her way to the 145-pound championship at the Ridgevue Warhawks Girls Wrestling Tournament.
Alyssa McCallson, Skyview: Pinned her way through a crowded bracket at 155 pounds at the Ridgevue Warhawks Girls Wrestling Tournament.
Eirinn Narzynski, Ridgevue: Won by pin in both her matches to claim the 170-pound championship at the Ridgevue Warhawks Girls Wrestling Tournament.
Natalia Cox, New Plymouth: Rolled to the 145-pound championship at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa, Oregon, with three pins.
Maddelyn Modawell, Mountain View: Won by pin in all four rounds to take the 100-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Maritza Medina, Caldwell: Remained unbeaten with three pins and a decision to win the 105-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Jadyn Jackson, Kuna: Earned four pins on her way to the 135-pound championship at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Audry Winkles, Tri-Valley: Pinned three opponents and won the title match at 120 pounds in a tiebreaker at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Aubree Anderson, Vallivue: Won by pin in all three rounds to claim the 155-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
BOYS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK
Ryker Andreason, Owyhee: Racked up five first-round pins for the 120-pound title at the Warhawk Invitational, and added another pin in a dual with Ridgevue to go 6-0 for the week.
Anthony Butler, Eagle: Scored two first-round pins and a tech fall to cruise to the 190-pound title at the Warhawk Invitational.
Vincent Torrez, Meridian: Led the Warriors to the team title at the Warhawk Invitational, adding 24.5 points to their total with two pins, a tech fall and a major decision.
Nash McMilian, Skyview: Went 5-0 with a pair of first-round pins and a tech fall at the Charlie Lake Duals in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Ian Avalos, Mountain View: Recorded two pins and two tech falls to improve to 10-0 and capture the 144-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa, Oregon.
Liam Rodebush, Caldwell: Pinned all four opponents he faced for the 215-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Ryan Lewis, Middleton: Rolled to the 175-pound championship at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa, with a pin and three straight tech falls.
Jesse Rae, Emmett: Finished the week 4-0 with a 120-pound title from the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
Braelyn Arredondo, Homedale: Upset a reigning state champ with a second-round pin for the 132-pound title at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa. He pinned three of the four opponents he faced while adding an 18-0 tech fall.
Jace Waggoner, Tri-Valley: Recorded four pins and a major decision to score a meet-high 41 points en route to the 157-pound crown at the Calhoun Classic in Nyssa.
