BOYS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK

Jonathan Wimett, Boise: Went 7-0 at 138 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals, winning five matches with a pin.

Shane Bayley, Borah: Finished the Golden Eagles Duals undefeated at 7-0, winning four of his five contested matches at 120 pounds via a pin. The other came with a 16-0 tech fall.

Burke Blue, Centennial: Completed an undefeated weekend at 106 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals, going 7-0 with four pins and three tech falls.

Beau Steel, Kuna: Went 7-0 at 190 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals, pinning four of the five opponents he faced.

Blake Nevils, Meridian: Racked up four first-round pins and three tech falls to go 7-0 in the 138- and 144-pound weight classes at the Golden Eagles Duals.

Kaikoa Racca, Mountain View: Finished 6-0 with five pins and a tech fall at 150 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals.

Samson Castillo, Bishop Kelly: Racked up seven pins to finish 7-0 in the 165-pound division at the Golden Eagles Duals. Only one match reached the second round.

Luke Johnson, Columbia: Recorded two pins and three tech falls to go 7-0 in the 144-pound division at the Golden Eagles Duals.

Hunter Bell, Homedale: Completed a 6-0 run at 190 and 215 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals, pinning all six opponents he faced.

Klete Cook, Weiser: Pinned all six opponents in the first round to go 6-0 at 150 pounds at the Golden Eagles Duals.

GIRLS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK

Lola Colo, Nampa: Earned a 5-4 decision over her own teammate to claim the 100-pound title at the seventh annual Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Ava Bui, Centennial: Pinned four of her five opponents on the way to the 105-pound championship at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Abigail Henderson, Kuna: Pinned her way to the 170-pound title, including a fall at the 3:37 mark of the championship match, at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Talea Nichols, Rocky Mountain: Pinned four of her five opponents, including two in under 1 minute, to win the 115-pound championship at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Charlee Noah, Tri-Valley: Won the 125-pound title at the Ardis Nash Memorial with a pin in 45 seconds in the championship match.

Kiana Trudell, Meridian: Pinned five of her six opponents on the way to the 130-pound championship at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Iris Hernandez, Borah: Won by pin in all five rounds for the 140-pound title at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.

Ella Elordi, Eagle: Pinned three of her four opponents in less than 1 minute to claim the 190-pound title at the Ardis Nash Memorial at Homedale High School.
