6A All-Idaho boys soccer team: The best players from the state’s top division

Note: The All-Idaho teams are chosen by each classification’s coaches. The Idaho Statesman hosts the voting process and publishes the results.

PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Isaac Alford

Borah, sr., D

The three-time all-state pick’s impact became painfully evident when he missed eight midseason games. Once he returned, he forced opponents to change tactics and the Lions took off. They didn’t surrender a goal in their final six games for a runner-up finish at state.
