4A All-Idaho girls soccer team: All-state picks from the state’s deepest division

Kamryn Teichert

A target sat on the reigning player of the year’s back every time she took the field. Yet she still produced, racking up 32 goals and 16 assists while playing with a partially torn patellar tendon. The state champs could always count on her to score a clutch goal when it needed one.
COACH OF THE YEAR

He guided the Diggers to a perfect season (18-0-0) and a third straight state title, outscoring opponents 150-7.
FIRST TEAM
Andee Petterson

A three-time first-team all-state pick, the winger buried 32 goals and added an all-class leading 27 assists.
Hannah Fisher
Kimberly, so., F
The lightning-quick center forward finished crosses and through balls to put up 29 goals with 13 assists.
Lillee Ward
Timberlake, fr., F
She made an immediate impact as a freshman, scoring 14 goals in 19 games to carry the White Tigers to state.
Ava Harper
Kimberly, sr., M
The two-year captain directed traffic and controlled the middle of the field, finishing with 15 goals and 22 assists.
Karli Roubidoux
Fruitland, so., M
She stepped into a leadership role, carrying Fruitland to a third-place trophy with 34 goals and 10 assists.
Alice Johansen
Sugar-Salem, sr., M
She set the tone with her physicality, possession and leadership in the midfield, tallying 11 goals and eight assists.
