VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Rachel Bower, Skyview: Led the Hawks to the 6A state championship, totaling 25 kills, 30 digs, three blocks and two aces in a five-set victory over Madison. She had the final three kills in the fifth set to seal the win.
McKenna Satterfield, Timberline: Helped the Wolves bring home the third-place trophy at the 6A state tournament, amassing 148 assists and 45 digs in five matches.
Kamryn Newbery, Boise: Totaled 35 assists and 17 digs in a pair of matches at the 6A state tournament.
Anna Campbell, Ambrose: Racked up 30 kills in the 3A state championship match against Malad to lead the Archers to their first state title in program history.
Kimber Jones, Horseshoe Bend: Helped the Mustangs win their fourth state title in the past five seasons, contributing 31 kills, 26 digs and four aces in a five-set win over Rockland in the 1A title match.
