3A All-Idaho softball team: The top 23 players from Idaho make all-state team

3A SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Peyton Shook
Nampa Christian, jr., P/2B
A first-team pick the past two years, Shook took home the top award after leading the Trojans to their first state title. She led the class in ERA (1.65) for the second straight year, going 18-1 with 236 strikeouts in 123 innings. She also hit .506 with nine home runs and 41 RBIs.

Nampa Christian
He led Nampa Christian (21-4) to its first state softball championship, out scoring opponents 44-15 to go 4-0 at the tournament.
ALL-STATE FIRST TEAM
Riglee Peterson
Malad, sr., P/SS
A four-time all-state selection, she went 14-4 with a 1.87 ERA and led 3A in home runs (12), runs scored (70) and slugging percentage (1.132).
Addison Gray
Nampa Christian, jr., C/CF
She came up clutch over and over, hitting three of her nine homers at state. She finished hitting .607 with a 1.101 slugging percentage.
Wesli Crockett
Parma, jr., P/1B
The two-way force led the Panthers to their first state trophy in 21 years, going 16-5 with a 2.71 ERA while hitting .563 with 50 RBIs.
Rilee Diffin
Orofino, sr., C/3B
A two-time second-team pick, she moved up to the first team after hitting .494 with 10 home runs and an all-class-leading 64 RBIs.
Brooklyn Roadenbaugh
Marsing, jr., P/SS
The strikeout machine led 3A and ranked second in all of Idaho with 265 Ks, posting a 2.61 ERA while hitting .432 with seven home runs.
Bostyn Combs
Malad, sr., CF
A three-time first-team pick, she erased extra-bases hits with her range in the outfield while hitting .486 with 35 RBIs and 28 stolen bases.
Brylee Oglesbee
Malad, sr., 2B/LF
The slick-fielding infielder showed a keen eye at the plate, hitting .531 with a .628 on-base percentage, seven home runs and 42 RBIs.
Breanna Comstock
Wendell, jr., P/SS
When her team needed a pitcher, the natural shortstop stepped up, going 12-5 with a 4.77 ERA. She also hit .446 with six home runs and 36 RBIs.
Peyton Lenz
North Fremont, jr., P
The workhorse led all classifications in innings pitched (179), going 20-10 with a 7.27 ERA and 215 strikeouts. She also hit .471 with 34 RBIs.
Grace Heiner
North Fremont, sr., SS/C
A leader on and off the field, she guided the Huskies to a third-place trophy at state by hitting .500 with four home runs and 35 RBIs.
Aubrey Shulz
Malad, jr., SS/RF
The gritty shortstop played at one speed (100 mph) for the state runner-up, finishing the year hitting .505 with 33 RBIs and 49 runs scored.
