6A All-Idaho girls soccer team: The top players from the state’s top classification

Campbell Wilson

Rocky Mountain, jr., F

After a knee injury cost Wilson her sophomore season, the center forward roared back to life this fall, burying a 6A-leading 30 goals while adding eight assists. She led the Grizzlies to district and state championships, and she holds a host of Division I scholarship offers.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Rocky Mountain

The first-year coach led Rocky on a 19-game unbeaten streak to end the season with district and state titles.

FIRST TEAM

Kunie Hirai

Boise, sr., F

The Utah State signee made the first team for a third time after racking up 18 goals and eight assists.

Caitlin Staats

Bishop Kelly, jr., F

She hounded defenders with her work rate on the high press, creating 17 goals and adding 11 assists.

Marisol Stosich

Mountain View, jr., F

After debuting with Guatemala’s senior team, the Utah Valley commit put up 21 goals for the Mavericks.

Grace Hatch

Boise, jr., M

Injuries limited her to eight games. But the winger still repeated on the first team with three goals.

Isabelle Wright

Centennial, sr., M

The Washington State signee faced double teams all year and still tallied 13 goals and four assists.

Brooklyn Baird

Eagle, sr., M

The Colorado Mesa commit created opportunities and finished them with 11 goals and six assists.

Maizy Kluksdal

Boise, sr., D

The Washington State signee anchored the back and was a weapon offensively (seven goals, three assists).

Lauren Chatterton

Owyhee, so., D

The right back wiped out attacks, knew when to push forward and was dangerous on corner kicks.

Elly Levi

Rocky Mountain, sr., D

The free kick specialist and NNU commit kept the Grizzlies organized and disciplined across the back line.

Francesca Truax

Timberline, sr., D

Her toughness and speed made her reliable defensively and a threat offensively (two goals, five assists).

Bea Levi

Rocky Mountain, sr., GK

The Point Loma signee finished the season with more shutouts (13) than goals allowed (12).
