Idaho high school football rankings: Boise region is home to the top teams in 6A, 5A, 4A

For the third straight week, a new team climbed to the top of the Idaho high school football media poll.

The state’s reporters unanimously voted Fruitland (6-0) the top-ranked team in 4A after Weiser upset previous No. 1 Homedale 30-6 on Friday. Homedale’s reign at No. 1 lasted just one week after taking over the top spot from Sugar-Salem.

The Grizzlies’ place atop the 4A polls means the Treasure Valley is now home to the state’s top-ranked teams in 6A, 5A and 4A.
