5A ALL-IDAHO PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Jorja Crider
Middleton, jr., SS
The Utah Tech commit led the Vikings into their first season at the 5A level and made them competitive right away. The slugger led the 5A ranks in batting average (.620), on-base percentage (.664), slugging percentage (1.500), home runs (23), runs (56) and RBIs (58) while striking out just four times.

She’s made the second-year program an immediate force, reaching the finals last year before capturing a state title this year.

Kaliann Scoresby
Thunder Ridge, jr., P
She led the Titans to new heights, going 15-5 with a 2.03 ERA and 232 strikeouts as Thunder Ridge finished a program-best third at state.
Megan Meracle
Borah, jr., P
The Idaho State commit makes the first team for the second straight year after posting an 11-5 record with a 2.16 ERA and 231 strikeouts.
Lizzy Tommasini
Eagle, sr., P
The Idaho State signee posed a two-way threat. She was 14-4 with a 3.29 ERA, and she hit .469 with seven home runs and 42 RBIs.
Talia Jenkins
Kuna, sr., C
Opponents long ago gave up trying to steal on the big arm of this Cal-State Northridge signee. She also hit .477 with 13 home runs and 48 RBIs.
McKenna Chavez
Capital, fr., INF
The freshman shortstop made quite a debut, posting a .466 batting average with 12 home runs and 43 RBIs out of the leadoff spot.
Brylin Field
Kuna, sr., INF
The Eastern Oregon commit came up in the clutch regularly while hitting .484 with 12 home runs. Twenty of her 47 RBIs came with two outs.
Delaney Wright
Timberline, so., INF
The powerful sophomore could change the game with a single swing. She hit .531 with 12 home runs, 46 RBIs and a 1.136 slugging percentage.
Kayla Campbell
Borah, so., INF
The catcher/shortstop provided a lethal bat in the lineup, finishing with a .547 batting average and a 1.140 slugging percentage.
Samantha Hatzenbeller
Owyhee, jr., OF
The state’s all-class Gatorade Player of the Year led the Storm to a state title while hitting .510 with 16 home runs and 53 RBIs.
Hayleigh Oliver
Eagle, jr., OF
The Iowa State commit struck fear into opposing pitchers while racking up a .505 batting average, 1.242 slugging percentage and 22 home runs.
Rylie Haith
Owyhee, jr., OF
She repeats on the first team as a versatile weapon who could hit for power and place bunts with precision, hitting .600 with 43 RBIs.
