BOYS SOCCER
Baruani Mwibey, Kuna: Poured in five goals and an assist in 9-2 win over Meridian, and added another assist in a 2-2 draw with Middleton.
Merci Byangene-Wane, Centennial: Recorded a hat trick in a 6-1 win vs. Nampa, and scored both goals in a 2-0 win vs. Mountain View.
Axel Gonzalez, Caldwell: Scored four times in a 7-0 win vs. Meridian. He also scored in a 2-2 draw with Skyview.
Landan Schweiger, Bishop Kelly: Had a hat trick in a 6-1 victory against Columbia.
Ethan Juarez, Eagle: Powered the Mustangs to a 2-0 win at Mountain View with two goals.
Daniel Hirai, Boise: Scored three goals in a 5-1 win vs. Meridian, and had another goal in a 2-0 victory over Rocky Mountain.
GIRLS SOCCER
Cara McDougald, Columbia: The freshman stopped 18 shots while allowing two goals over 60 minutes in her first varsity appearance, a 5-0 loss to Bishop Kelly.
Amanda Soto, Vallivue: The freshman scored twice in a 4-1 victory over Ridgevue, and twice more in a 11-1 win vs. Emmett.
Abbi Roubidoux, Fruitland: Poured in 10 goals in a 12-0 win vs. Emmett, then added another six in a 6-1 victory vs. Ontario, Oregon. She has 72 goals in 12 games.
Jaylene Womack, Kuna: Netted a hat trick in a 4-0 win at Meridian.
Lydia Haas, Homedale: Scored twice in the Trojans’ 3-0 win over Payette.
Stella Simpson, Owyhee: Recorded all three goals in the Storm’s 3-0 victory at Capital. She also scored in a 2-0 win vs. Borah.
Ruby Shroll, Skyview: Scored four times and added two assists in a 8-0 win vs. Columbia.
Kaitlyn Slocum, Rocky Mountain: Found the back of the net in the second minute in the Grizzlies’ 2-0 win over previously unbeaten Boise. She then added two goals and an assist in a 5-1 victory over Borah.
