Idaho colleges roundup: College of Idaho men’s soccer takes first loss

The Yotes gave up a late penalty as they lost 2-1 at Arizona Christian (1-1). The C of I (1-1) finished with game playing 11-on-9 after Gil Guizar (71st minute) and Miguel Nunez (81st minute) were sent off, both earning their second yellow card.

Guilherme Siqueira scored the Yotes lone goal, converting a 70th-minute penalty.

C OF I WOMEN’S SOCCER: The Lady Yotes (0-1) got goals from Reilly Coyle and Jamiece Yizar in the first 10 minutes, but Menlo rallied to win 4-3.

Maddie Brown scored the other goal for the C of I.
