Northwest Nazarene men’s basketball adds two Division I transfers
Senior forward Kaileb Rodriguez (Nevada) and junior guard Haroldas Saprykinas (UC Irvine) have joined the program, Northwest Nazarene coach Scott Flemming announced Tuesday. Rodriguez played 61 games in two seasons for the Wolf Pack, scoring a high of six points in 13 minutes at Boise State on March 2.
BOISE STATE TRACK AND FIELD: The Broncos signed seven athletes, including Idaho 5A girls discus champion Kendra Noneman (Eagle High). The others are Ty Jordan (Eagle River, Alaska), Albert Meier (Boone, Iowa/Butler CC), Emily DeMarco (Ipswich, Mass.), Megan Lacy (Marlton, N.J./Stanford), Clare O’Brien (Australia) and Karlie Swanson (Australia).
NNU MEN’S SOCCER: Former midfielder Julio Castillo (2014-15) signed a pro contract with Swedish fourth-division club Savsjo FF.
