Idaho colleges roundup: College of Idaho men’s basketball wins
Seven College of Idaho basketball players scored in double figures, as the Coyotes tied a school record with 22 made 3-pointers in a come-from-behind 97-89 victory Friday at the Taco Bell Shoot-Out. The sixth-ranked Yotes (2-0) extended their homecourt win streak to 35 games. Curtis Brever led the Coyotes with 19 points.
IDAHO BASKETBALL: The women defeated Lewis-Clark State 93-58 in an exhibition in Moscow.
IDAHO SOCCER: The Vandals advanced to the Big Sky championship game with a 3-2 victory over Montana in Moscow. Idaho faces Northern Colorado for the title Sunday.
IDAHO STATE MEN’S BASKETBALL: The Bengals defeated Westminster 73-71 in an exhibition in Pocatello.
NORTHWEST NAZARENE VOLLEYBALL: The Crusaders lost to Alaska 26-24, 27-25, 18-25, 20-25, 16-14 late Thursday in Fairbanks.
