The Yotes (3-7, 2-7 Frontier) take the field for the last time this fall at noon Saturday (96.5 FM/730 AM) at Montana State-Northern in Havre.
The game snaps a four-game streak of ranked opponents for the College of Idaho. The Lights (1-8, 1-8) are last in the conference.
A win would allow the Yotes to finish 4-7 for the third consecutive year since reinstating football. They beaten MSU-Northern in 2014 and ’15.
The game gives junior tight end Marcus Lenhardt (Eagle High) another opportunity to rewrite the school record book. He enters the game with 55 catches for 873 yards, 33 yards short of the single-season record . He already owns the program’s career records for catches (139) and receiving yards (2.144).
