Two Boise State football staff members leave program

Antwon Murray, the Boise State football team’s recruiting director/assistant director of player personnel, has taken a position as an NFL scout for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, while director of football operations Brian Wilkinson will not return to Boise State next season.

Murray, a former cornerback for the Broncos, joined the staff after coach Bryan Harsin was hired two years ago, coming from Arkansas State, where he was the director of player personnel for one season. He grew up in Lakeland, Fla., about 30 miles east of Tampa. Former Boise State head coach Dirk Koetter is Tampa Bay’s head coach.

Wilkinson joined the staff in 2014 after spending the 2013 season in a similar role with Harsin at Arkansas State.
