Idaho colleges notebook: Boise State football adds two lineman commits

Austin Dixon of Tempe, Ariz., committed Monday.

Dixon (6-foot-7, 265 pounds) played at Corona del Sol High.

According to his Twitter account, he also held an offer from Purdue.

Boise State offensive line coach Scott Huff is from Arizona and has recruited the state heavily as a Broncos assistant since 2006.

Also Monday, defensive lineman Emmanuel Fesili (6-2, 280) of Long Beach (Calif.) Poly HS announced his commitment on Twitter.

BSU GYMNASTICS: The Broncos earned their highest NCAA ranking in program history, checking in at No. 10 in this week’s national poll. The Broncos make their home debut Friday against BYU. The meet in CenturyLink Arena starts at 7:30 p.m.

IDAHO STATE FOOTBALL: Redshirt sophomore defensive lineman JonRhyeem Peoples (Rigby High) has been suspended indefinitely for a violation of the athletic department’s code of conduct policy.
