The Boise State football team’s regular-season finale against defending Mountain West champion Utah State has been moved to Friday, Nov. 25 — the day after Thanksgiving — and will be broadcast on CBS.

The game at Albertsons Stadium is scheduled to kick off at 10 a.m. It will be the Broncos’ first home game that airs on CBS since the 2014 Mountain West championship game.

Boise State played two games on CBS last season: a 27-3 win at Utah State and a 27-16 loss at San Diego State, the latter taking place the day after Thanksgiving. The Aggies went on to beat the Aztecs in the conference championship game. It was Utah State’s first Mountain West title.

Boise State finished last season 7-5 and missed the Mountain West championship game for the first time in five years. The Broncos open the 2022 season Sept. 3 at Oregon State.
