Barstool Sports isn’t just sponsoring the Arizona Bowl. It’s also supplying the broadcast team.

Jake Marsh, a sports business reporter for Barstool’s popular podcast Pardon My Take, will handle play-by-play duties when Boise State takes the field against Central Michigan in Tucson, Arizona, on Dec. 31 (noon MT, Barstool stream).

Marsh will be joined in the booth by Barstool founder Dave Portnoy, who goes by the nickname El Presidente and will be an analyst for the game. Portnoy has built an enormous following on social media while becoming infamous for his company’s often questionable content and his brash lifestyle.

Dan “Big Cat” Katz — one of the hosts of Pardon My Take — will also be in the booth as an analyst. Fellow podcast hosts Adam “Rone” Ferrone and Caleb Pressley will act as sideline reporters.

Boise State (7-5) heads into bowl season after winning four of its final five games of the regular season. The Broncos’ lone loss during that span was a 27-16 setback in the regular-season finale at San Diego State, which went on to finish as Mountain West runner-up and beat UTSA, 38-24, in the Frisco Bowl.

Central Michigan (8-4) ended the regular season on a four-game winning streak. The Chippewas are led by redshirt freshman running back Lew Nichols III, who leads the country with 1,710 rushing yards.
