Boise State pass rusher Curtis Weaver still on the board in NFL Draft
One of Boise State’s top pass rushers in program history is still waiting to hear his name in the NFL Draft.
STUD Curtis Weaver, once considered a first-round possibility, wasn’t picked in the first three rounds Thursday and Friday. The draft continues Saturday.
Weaver is No. 2 all-time at Boise State with 34 career sacks. He trails only Erik Helgeson, who ended his career with 54.5. Last fall, Weaver set the Mountain West career sacks record and finished No. 5 in the country with 13.5.
Boise State offensive lineman Ezra Cleveland was drafted in the second round by the Minnesota Vikings.
