The Boise State football team hopped back into the AP Top 25, USA Today Coaches’ Poll and College Football Playoff rankings on Sunday — landing at No. 25 in all three.

The Broncos (10-3) were rewarded for their 17-14 win against then-No. 25 Fresno State on Saturday night at Albertsons Stadium in the Mountain West championship game.

No. 25 is the same spot the Broncos occupied in the AP poll when they lost to Fresno State a week earlier, 28-17 in Fresno. They had been 24th in the USA Today poll and 23rd in the CFP.

Fresno State was the second ranked team Boise State has beaten this season. The Broncos also won at then-No. 19 San Diego State in October. They lost to then-No. 20 Washington State in triple overtime in their other game against a ranked opponent this year.

Washington State is No. 21 in the AP poll this week. Fresno State, San Diego State and Troy are receiving votes in both polls. San Diego State is 27th in both polls. The Aztecs were No. 25 last week in the USA Today poll but got bumped out by Boise State.
