Boise State basketball closes out Costa Rica trip with victory

The men’s basketball team dominated Ottawa University 73-49 on Sunday, avenging its only loss of the trip. The Broncos finish the exhibition excursion 3-1.

The Broncos held Ottawa to 35 percent shooting from the field and forced 23 turnovers.

Chandler Hutchison recorded a double-double to lead BSU with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Paris Austin chipped in with 13 points, adding three assists and three rebounds.

The Broncos return to Boise on Tuesday.
