Brooke Pahukoa, Jr., G
A preseason first-team All-Mountain West selection, she averaged 10.4 ppg, had 59 assists, 12 blocks and 40 steals last season, all top four on the team. She was the MW tournament MVP as the Broncos earned an NCAA Tournament berth.
Yaiza Rodriguez, Jr., G
The quarterback of the Broncos’ attack, the Barcelona native dished out 147 assists last season (second in the MW) and averaged 6.9 ppg. She has 23 assists so far this year.
Miquelle Askew, Sr., C
Anchoring the inside, the steady veteran is the team’s second-leading returning scorer (9.2 ppg). She opened the season with 20 points and eight rebounds. She’s 87 points shy of becoming the 17th Bronco to score 1,000 career points.
Shalen Shaw, So., F
One of the most versatile youngsters in recent years, Shaw came on late in the season, leading BSU in scoring three times and rebounding six times in their last seven games.

Marta Hermida, Fr., G
Another smooth Spanish guard, Hermida provides decent height and a solid all-around game to the backcourt. She had 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists in her regular-season debut.
