Boise State men’s basketball receives votes in AP Top 25 preseason poll
North Carolina is the preseason No. 1 in the Associated Press Top 25, while the Boise State Broncos are receiving votes for the second time in the last three years.
The Broncos have four points in the poll, which is 19 spots outside of being ranked. They received 22 points before the 2013-14 season. Boise State will host its first and only exhibition at 8 p.m. Friday at Taco Bell Arena against Northwest.
A few future opponents made appearances in the poll, too: Arizona is ranked No. 12, and the Broncos play at the Wildcats on Nov. 19. Oregon is the first team outside the top 25 with 116 points (Michigan is No. 25 with 126). The Ducks play in Boise on Dec. 12.
