Former Boise State forward James Webb III was one of five players cut by Philadelphia on Monday as the NBA team set its 15-man roster in preparation for its season opener Wednesday.

The Sixers own the D-League rights to Webb III, and he is expected to land with the affiliate Delaware 87ers.

Webb III played in six preseason games for Philadelphia, averaging 4.2 points and 3.8 rebounds.
