Boise State diver advances to nationals

Senior Karli Kriewall finished fifth on the 3-meter springboard at the USA Diving National Zone E Meet on Friday, qualifying for the national championships.

Kriewall posted a score of 208.50 in the finals, grabbing the last qualifying spot.

She also competed in the 1-meter springboard, finishing 13th (182.05) in Thursday’s prelims.

Nationals is Aug. 1-14 in Moultrie, Ga.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE TRACK & FIELD: The Crusaders signed two-time 1A state champion hurdler Ally Miran (Garden Valley High).
