Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State women’s basketball beats Nevada
Brooke Pahukoa scored 16 points, and the Broncos (9-6, 2-2) beat the Wolf Pack 66-58 in a Mountain West basketball game Wednesday at Taco Bell Arena.
Shay Shaw added 11 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for Boise State, which led 21-9 at the end of the first quarter but allowed 21 second-quarter points to be tied at halftime. The Broncos pulled away with 24 fourth-quarter points.
BIG SKY TENNIS: Idaho’s men’s and women’s teams are second in the conference preseason polls. Idaho State’s men are 10th, and the women are 11th.
