Former Idaho Steelhead Charlie Dodero rejoining team this season

Defenseman Charlie Dodero, who played 77 games for Idaho between 2013-15, agreed to rejoin the Steelheads, the ECHL hockey team announced Tuesday.

Dodero, 23, scored seven goals and tallied 31 points during his previous stint with the Steelheads.

He spent last season splitting time between the AHL’s Syracuse Crunch and the ECHL’s Greenville Swamp Rabbits, scoring twice. Dodero is the third defenseman to join Idaho this offseason.
