Hawks come up short in homestand finale

Boise recorded 10 hits but left nine runners on base in a 7-6 loss to the Eugene Emeralds (30-14) in a Northwest League baseball game Sunday at Memorial Stadium.

Jacob Bosiokovic went 3-for-5 for the Hawks (19-25), who will begin a five-game series at Tri-City on Thursday after the All-Star Break.
