Boise Hawks stifle Vancouver for 7-1 victory
Four Boise pitchers combined to hold the Vancouver Canadians (14-13) to one run on six hits as the Hawks (10-17) won a Northwest League baseball game 7-1 Thursday at Memorial Stadium.
Starting pitcher Erick Julio threw five innings while giving up five hits and striking out three for the win.
Boise continues its eight-game homestand against Vancouver at 7:15 p.m. Friday.
