Lewis-Clark State baseball to face Faulkner for World Series title

Despite an 8-5 loss to Bellevue (Neb.) late Wednesday night, the Lewis-Clark State baseball team will play in Friday’s NAIA World Series championship game at Harris Field.

The Warriors (51-8) take on top-ranked Faulkner (53-14), a 14-5 winner over Bellevue on Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. MT.

LCSC will be playing in its 20th national championship game.

The Warriors have won a record 17 titles — including last season’s crown — and are 136-45 all-time in the tournament.
