Meridian Speedway opens 65th season Saturday

The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modifieds headline the quarter-mile paved oval’s 2016 opener.

Joining the NWAAS Modifieds are Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Legends, Junior Stingers and Hornets.

Spectator gates open at 4 p.m., qualifying begins at 5 p.m. and racing at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $10.50 for adults, $8 for seniors and military, and free for children 6 and younger.
