Idaho colleges notebook: College of Idaho men’s alpine team takes third at nationals
The Coyotes’ men’s alpine team finished on the podium for the first time since 1990 with its third-place showing in the giant slalom at the USCSA National Championships on Wednesday at Whiteface Mountain.
Anton Waller led the Coyotes with his fourth-place finish, earning first-team All-American honors.
NORTHWEST NAZARENE WOMEN’S SOCCER: The Crusaders signed Cassandra Clarke (Blackfoot High), Brooke Felzien (Timberline High), Isabella Isgrig (Ravensdale, Wash.), Sydney Kuehn (Duvall, Wash.), Maddy Midstokke (Olympia, Wash.), Corrinah Schaefer (Timberline High), Emily Wilkins (Port Orchard, Wash.) and Tennyson Young (Mountain View High).
