Letter to the Sports Editor: College of Idaho skiing

I respectfully suggest that the Idaho Statesman start giving the College of Idaho men’s and women’s ski teams the coverage they are due.
First, they are nationally ranked, and second, they have been hogging the podium in their races this season. Excellence in sports should be given its due, especially when a local team is involved.
Give the kids more than four or five lines a week.
Least my motives be misconstrued, I am a U of I alum and a Boise State fan.
