Jazz sending Pleiss back to Stampede

Center Tibor Pleiss was assigned to Idaho, Utah’s NBA D-League affiliate, for the second time this season, the Jazz announced Thursday afternoon.

Pleiss was with Idaho from Nov. 29-Dec. 16, averaging 11.6 points and 8.4 rebounds in seven games. He’s seen action in 12 games with the Jazz this year. Pleiss is expected to be in uniform for Friday’s game at the Austin Spurs.
