Steelheads’ rally falls short against Oilers
Idaho made it interesting with a late power-play goal, but it wasn’t enough as the Steelheads lost to Tulsa 4-2 in ECHL hockey Saturday night at CenturyLink Arena.
Idaho’s Emil Molin scored with just more than three minutes left in the third period, cutting Tulsa’s lead to 3-2. Tulsa responded, icing the game with an empty-net goal with 47 seconds left.
