Steelheads score early, outlast Grizzlies

Idaho’s Jefferson Dahl scored an early power play goal, and goalie Jack Campbell turned away 37 shots for his second straight shutout as the Steelheads beat Utah 1-0 in ECHL hockey action Friday night.

Utah’s Marc Cantin drew an interference penalty 1:19 into the game, and Idaho took advantage for the game’s only score.

Idaho killed off four power plays. Idaho and Utah face off again Saturday night.
