Jones leads Idaho Stampede past Warriors

Guard Tyus Jones exploded for 30 points, five rebounds and five assists as Idaho beat Santa Cruz 117-107 in a D-League basketball game Saturday night. Jeff Ayres notched a double-double, scoring 22 and grabbing a team-high 10 rebounds. Brandon Fields added 17, while Jeremy Williams and Bryce Dejean-Jones each scored 15. Idaho used a late run to pull away for good. Idaho will be off through Christmas, returning to action Dec. 27 when it hosts Oklahoma City.
