Northwest Nazarene women’s basketball team tops College of Idaho
The Crusaders forced 29 turnovers on their way to a 78-65 victory over the College of Idaho on Monday at the Johnson Sports Center.
Northwest Nazarene went 27-for-32 at the free-throw line and enjoyed a 42-30 advantage on the boards.
Freshman McKenna Walker paced four Crusaders (2-6) in double figures with 13 points, while junior Petra Lumpert contributed a game-high 23 points for the Coyotes (2-6).
NNU MEN’S BASKETBALL: The Crusaders lost 70-57 on the road to Cal State Los Angeles. Bouna N’Diaye led NNU (4-3) with 22 points.
