Brundage Mountain near McCall has added two bonus weekends to its skiing calendar with the possibility of more.
Brundage announced Tuesday that it will be open the weekends of April 16-17 and April 23-24. The ski area ends seven-day operations April 10.
“We have the deepest spring snowpack we’ve seen in several years,” Brundage communication manager April Whitney said in a press release. “It’s always our goal to offer our pass holders and guests the longest season possible, and we’re thrilled Mother Nature is helping us do that this year.”
Brundage still has 120 inches of snow at its summit and 65 inches at the base. Its Crazy Daze and pond skimming events are scheduled for April 9.
